These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Amar Biniyog trading platform and this website (amarbiniyog.net), operated by Mika Securities Ltd. (“Mika Securities”, “we”, “us”). By opening an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Mika Securities Ltd. is a TREC-holding stock broker and dealer of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and a depository participant of Central Depository Bangladesh Ltd. (CDBL), operating under the supervision of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and Bangladesh Bank.

2. Eligibility

To open a Beneficiary Owner (BO) and trading account, you must be at least 18 years of age, legally competent to contract, and able to provide valid KYC documents as required by BSEC, DSE, and CDBL rules.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during onboarding.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and biometric access confidential. You are liable for activity conducted through your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Trading and settlement

Orders placed through the platform are routed to the DSE and are subject to exchange rules, trading hours, and settlement cycles. Execution is not guaranteed and depends on market conditions and available liquidity. Applicable brokerage, fees, and charges will apply as disclosed.

5. Investment risk

Investment in the capital market carries risk. Share prices can fall as well as rise, and past performance does not guarantee future returns. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Read all offer documents and the risk disclosure carefully before investing. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

6. Deposits and withdrawals

Funds may be deposited and withdrawn only through channels linked to your own verified bank account, in accordance with applicable regulations. Settlement timelines are governed by DSE and banking rules.

7. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Amar Biniyog platform and this website are the property of Mika Securities Ltd. or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mika Securities is not liable for losses arising from market movements, network or system interruptions beyond our reasonable control, or from your own trading decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Complaints

Complaints and grievances may be sent to complaint@mikasecurities.net. We handle complaints in line with BSEC and DSE requirements.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka.
